The aim of Dynamic Cricket Coaching is to take talented and committed players and help them progress to that next level via intimate 1:1 coaching sessions developing all components of their game including game sense and cricket IQ.
My coaching sessions are and will always be 1:1. This will ensure that the student never gets left behind.
The Autumn sessions begin in early March right after the normal season has finished. By the end of the 5 weeks the student will be given a detailed report card written of areas to improve and coaching points discussed to carry into the next pre-season and beyond.
I also run a September program later in the year - ideally the students do the Autumn coaching and then a refresher again in September.
Our unique testing has been developed with Cricket Victoria Strength and Conditioning coach Adrian Mott – as far as I’m aware there is nothing else like it.
I will be testing each student in various disciplines on the first session and then comparing those with a 1st XI Club cricketer, 1st XI Premier Cricketer and a State Cricketer.
The student can then see where their shortfalls are or what is expected as they progress through the grades.
They will then again be tested after the 5 weeks to see their development.
(After enough testing the students will be able to compare their results with others around the same age group and capabilities - not only benchmarking where they need to be at in the long term but also where they stack up against their peers)
